NYC are yet to respond and the parish council intend to re-approach via Parish Liaison.
- In response to residents concerns around:
- Hedges on Moor Road, these have been reported to North Yorkshire Council,
- St John’s Way, grass cutting and weeds on the approach; these have now be taken care of,
- St John’s Way, trees and hedging on the left; the council are looking to see who owns these.
- PC Meeting agendas on notice boards; the council isn’t required to put meeting agendas on notice boards as they are hosted on our website. However, the council will, at the suggestion of a resident, place an agenda on the parish notice board by the school for the future.
- The commemorative tree on Main Street; several residents have mentioned their concerns around the height of the tree and the low crown. The parish council will consult the North Yorkshire Council arborist on the tree condition.
- Caddick Outline Planning proposal. The Planning Working Group will be meeting early next week to discuss the Caddick proposal and our formal response to them.
