The Parish Council is pleased to announce the launch of a new email notification service to help residents stay up to date with council business.

By subscribing, you’ll receive timely alerts (and links), whenever we publish:

• Meeting agendas
• Agenda packs
• Meeting highlights
• Draft/approved minutes

This service is free, easy to use, and ensures you never miss important updates.

📬 To sign up, simply email notify@bishopmonkton-pc.gov.uk with ‘Yes’ as the subject. Please do this from the email account where you’d like the notifications to arrive as we can only add the originating email address. When we add your address, you’ll receive an invite to the subscriber list, note that this will come from ‘noreply@zoho.eu’ and will contain a link for you to accept. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you don’t receive it in your inbox.

You’ll then start to receive notification emails from us and you may wish to put bmpc.subscriber@bishopmonkton-pc.gov.uk in your contact list to avoid notifications being misclassified as ‘junk’ occasionally. Please note though, that the address cannot receive email.

By signing up, you consent to us storing your email address solely for the purpose of providing the requested email service. We will handle your data responsibly and in accordance with GDPR.

You can opt out at any time by sending ‘No’ in the subject line to notify@bishopmonkton-pc.gov.uk.
