NCSC – Making the UK the safest place to live and work online.
When you read about cyber attacks in the news, do you think it’s always about someone or something else and it could never happen to you? If you do, you are probably like most people…
But, what if it doesn’t just happen to other people? Think of the inconvenience and potential issues that could arise from a simple scam or attack that takes control of a device you own.
Thankfully though, there are some very simple ways you can help to protect yourself in the modern world and the NCSC has put something together to make it easy for you. Whether it’s about shopping online, gaming or social media, there’s something there to make it that little bit safer for you and your family. As NCSC says, “you wouldn’t leave your front door open, so why leave your devices unprotected?”
