Avant Development Reconsultation

Avant assures us that there is nothing materially new in this, however, the North Yorks planning department has taken the view that Avanti’s Drainage Summary Document submitted on 22 September 2025 has not been subject to formal consultation and so the application has been re-advertised to ensure it can be reviewed and representations can be updated.
