Avant Homes has now confirmed that they’ve submitted a planning application to North Yorkshire Council and are keen to visit the village to discuss proposals with residents.
The Parish Council has agreed to facilitate a meeting at the Village Hall on the 30th October starting at 7pm. Avant will be represented by Chris Megson, their Regional Planning Manager and their Technical Director, Jon Birkin. It’s important to note however that this is not a Parish Council meeting.
